Packages

Launch (live in 24 hours), Grow (48 hours) and Scale (72 hours) are fixed-price packages. Prices exclude GST. The scope of each package is as listed on website24.in at the time of purchase.

Go-live timeline

The 24, 48 or 72-hour timeline starts when we have received all the content listed in your onboarding checklist (logo, product details, payment KYC and domain). Our business hours are 10 am to 7 pm. Content received outside these hours starts the timeline at 10 am the next day. Mobile app publishing additionally depends on Google Play and Apple App Store review.

Renewal

Packages renew yearly at the renewal price shown, covering hosting, domain, security updates and support. If a renewal is not paid, the store may be suspended after notice.

Third-party charges

Payment gateway fees, courier charges, app store developer fees and WhatsApp marketing message charges are billed by those providers and are not included in package prices unless stated.

Your content

You confirm you have the rights to the logos, images and text you give us. You own your store content and domain.
