Refund policy

Before work starts

If you cancel before we start building your store, you get a full refund of the amount paid, less payment gateway charges.

After work starts

Once building has started, the advance covers work already done and is not refundable. Any balance not yet due is not charged.

Missed deadline

If we miss the go-live timeline for reasons within our control after receiving your complete content, contact us at sales@website24.in and we will make it right.

Renewals

Renewal fees are not refundable once the renewal period has started.
